1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Outfit Lab website and services at outfitlab.co.uk ("the Service"), operated by Outfit Lab ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Outfit Lab is an AI-powered styling service that helps you discover and purchase streetwear outfits. Our Service includes:

• AI styling recommendations based on your preferences, sizes and budget
• Virtual try-on using photos you upload
• Product sourcing from third-party retailers (including eBay)
• Subscription-based access to styling features

We act as a styling and sourcing service. When you purchase items through links we provide, you are buying directly from third-party sellers. We are not the seller of the clothing items themselves.

3. Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Outfit Lab offers a subscription plan at the price displayed on our pricing page. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe and renew automatically
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• We offer a 14-day free trial for new subscribers — you will not be charged during the trial period
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Upload content that is offensive, harmful, or infringes on others' rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to access the Service without our permission

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology comprising the Service belong to Outfit Lab or our licensors. You retain ownership of any photos you upload, but grant us a licence to use them solely to provide the Service (e.g. generating virtual try-on images).

7. AI-Generated Content

Our styling recommendations and virtual try-on images are generated by AI. While we strive for accuracy, AI outputs may not always be perfect. Colours, fits and product availability may vary from what is shown. We do not guarantee that AI recommendations will suit your personal preferences.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including eBay, Stripe and Supabase. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or policies of third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outfit Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though we may retain certain data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
